How the Cottonmouth Club Works

Earning Points

You are awarded 1 point for every $1 you spend, calculated pre-tax. Points land in your account on every purchase, in-store, at the pickup window, or online for pickup.

Redeeming Points

Every 100 loyalty points convert to $5 in credit. Simply tell your budtender you would like to apply your points at checkout. Points may even be redeemed on the same purchase they were acquired.

Checking Your Balance

Scan the QR code on the bottom of your receipt to view your loyalty point balance at any time. Misplaced the receipt? Any budtender can check your balance during your next visit.

Member Benefits Beyond Points

Joining the Cottonmouth Club does more than earn you points. Members receive additional benefits that non-members do not have access to:

How to Sign Up

Joining the Cottonmouth Club is quick and free. There are three ways to enroll:

In-Store

Tell your budtender you would like to join the Cottonmouth Club. They will add you to the program during checkout. Your points begin accruing immediately on that transaction. No forms to fill out, no app to download.

Online

You can sign up for the Cottonmouth Club through our website. When you create an account or place your first online order, you will have the option to enroll. Points earned online are the same as in-store points.

At the Pickup Window

If you use our convenient pickup window, ask the attendant to add you to the Cottonmouth Club. Enrollment can be completed during any pickup transaction.

There is no membership fee, no credit card required, and no minimum purchase to join. The program is free, permanent, and available to all customers ages 21 and older.

Using the Cottonmouth Club with Category Discounts

The Cottonmouth Club loyalty program works alongside all of our standing category discounts. Here is how it integrates:

• Points are earned on what you spend — 1 point for every $1, calculated pre-tax. Ask your budtender how points are calculated when a discount is applied.
• Points are separate from discounts — You earn and redeem loyalty points on your purchases. Discounts themselves never stack — only one discount applies per transaction — but your loyalty points are always yours to earn and use.
• Start on day one — Sign up for the Cottonmouth Club on your first visit and your points begin accruing on that first purchase.
