These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Cottonmouth Dispensary ("Cottonmouth," "we," "us," or "our") located at getcottonmouth.com (the "Site") and your interactions with our retail cannabis dispensary located at 10 E Clements Bridge Rd, Runnemede, NJ 08078. By accessing this website or purchasing products from our dispensary, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or our services.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, enter our dispensary, or purchase any products from Cottonmouth. This is a legal requirement under New Jersey cannabis law (N.J.S.A. 24:6I-31 et seq.) and is strictly enforced.
By confirming your age through our website's age verification gate, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Misrepresentation of your age is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of New Jersey law.
All customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID) upon entering the dispensary. No exceptions will be made. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use this website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website
- Use the website to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code

- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cottonmouth, a Cottonmouth employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- Resell or redistribute any cannabis products purchased from Cottonmouth, which is a violation of New Jersey law
Products and Purchases
All cannabis products sold by Cottonmouth Dispensary are sold in accordance with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission regulations. Product availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Cannabis products may only be purchased for personal use by individuals 21 years of age or older (or by registered medical cannabis patients 18 years of age or older with a valid NJ medical cannabis card). Resale of cannabis products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of New Jersey law.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of cannabis products and New Jersey regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis product once it has left the dispensary. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at (856) 312-3877 or info@getcottonmouth.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Cottonmouth is a cash-only facility. Two ATMs are available on-site for your convenience.
Discount Programs
Cottonmouth offers several discount programs, including first-time customer discounts, veteran discounts, senior discounts, medical patient discounts, industry worker discounts, and civil servant discounts. Discount eligibility must be verified at the point of sale. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Cottonmouth reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount program at any time.
Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, the "Cottonmouth Dispensary" name, the "The Dispensary With a Bite" tagline, the Cottonmouth snake logo, and all associated branding, are owned by Cottonmouth Dispensary and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the website or our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the website

- Your use of any cannabis products purchased from our dispensary
In no event shall Cottonmouth's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website exceed the amount you have paid to Cottonmouth in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cottonmouth Dispensary and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the website or our services.
New Jersey Compliance
Cottonmouth Dispensary operates under NJ Class 5 Retail Cannabis License #RE000055, issued by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission. We comply with all applicable New Jersey cannabis laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Age verification requirements for all customers
- Product testing, labeling, and packaging requirements
- Purchase limits as established by the CRC
- Seed-to-sale tracking and reporting requirements
- Advertising and marketing restrictions
- Security and surveillance requirements
Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. The purchase, possession, and use of cannabis products is subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
