Driving Directions

From I-295 (North or South)

Take Exit 28 toward Runnemede/Bellmawr. Turn east onto Clements Bridge Road (Route 534). Cottonmouth Dispensary is approximately 0.3 miles ahead on the right. Total time from the exit: under 2 minutes.

From the NJ Turnpike

Take Exit 3 (Runnemede). Follow signs to Route 168 South (Black Horse Pike). Turn right onto Clements Bridge Road. The dispensary will be on your right within half a mile.

From the Black Horse Pike (Route 168)

Head toward Runnemede. At the intersection with Clements Bridge Road, turn east. We're on the right side, roughly 200 feet from the intersection. Look for the green Cottonmouth sign.

From PATCO (Public Transit)

Take the PATCO Speedline to the Ashland station. From there, it's a short rideshare or approximately a 10-minute drive to our location. We're also accessible via NJ Transit bus routes along the Black Horse Pike corridor.

Parking — 72 Free Spaces

We have one of the largest parking lots of any dispensary in South Jersey. Our lot offers 72 free parking spaces, including ADA-accessible spots near the front entrance. You will never have to circle the block, park on the street, or pay for a meter. Pull in, park, and walk straight to the door.

The lot is well-lit and monitored by security cameras 24/7.

Pickup Window

Don't want to come inside? Use our express pickup window for fast service without leaving your car. Here's how it works:

1. Order online through our menu at Shop Cottonmouth
2. Select "Pickup" at checkout
3. Wait for your confirmation text — you'll receive a message when your order is packed and ready
4. Drive to the pickup window on the side of the building
5. Show your ID and confirmation, pay, and go

Average wait time at the window is under 3 minutes. It's the fastest way to get your cannabis in South Jersey.

What to Bring

• Valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
• Cash — We are a cash-only facility. Two ATMs are available on-site for your convenience.
• NJ Medical Cannabis Card (if applicable) — Medical patients receive an ongoing discount on every visit
• Veteran, Senior, or Civil Servant ID — Bring proof of eligibility to activate your permanent discount

Your First Visit — What to Expect

Walking into a dispensary for the first time can feel unfamiliar. Here's exactly what happens when you arrive at Cottonmouth:

1. Check in at the front desk. Our greeter will scan your ID to verify your age. This takes about 30 seconds.
2. Browse the showroom floor. All products are displayed with clear labels showing strain, THC/CBD content, weight, and price. Take your time.
3. Talk to a budtender. Our staff is trained to help beginners and experienced users alike. Tell them what you're looking for — relaxation, pain relief, energy, sleep — and they'll guide you to the right product.
4. Watch glass art being made. Our in-house flameworking studio is visible from the sales floor. You may catch an artist creating a custom piece in real time.
5. Check out. Pay with cash at the register (ATMs on-site). First-time customers automatically receive a first-time discount.
6. Exit with your purchase. All products are placed in a sealed, opaque exit bag per New Jersey law.
